Cowboy Baby Boy Newborn Shoot {Logan UT Photographer}

There is no question that Rafe’s parents were ready for this little guy to join their family. Bailey and Joe have been married for three and a half years, and they think Rafe made his appearance at the perfect time. Rafe’s newborn session had a little bit of everything. It was part newborn session and part family session with some rustic flair! Rafe’s dad Joe is a cowboy through and through, and based on this session I think Rafe might be following in his daddy’s footsteps. We keep it country here in Logan, Utah! Baby Rafe just looked so cute next to his dad’s cowboy hat. Maybe one day he’ll grow into it! Because there was so much to do with this session, I took the reins and just went crazy. I really wanted to capture just how loved this baby is! Bailey had the option to choose a maternity session, hospital/birth story or a newborn session. It was a hard choice, but she went with the newborn session. A newborn session is a great way to remember those first special weeks of your baby’s life and your first special weeks of being a parent! In this one session we managed to get some adorable pictures of Rafe in the traditional newborn poses as well as capturing some very loving moments with his mom and dad. I especially loved posing Rafe with those giant deer horns. Going through this session was SO HARD, because we had so many different poses and they were all AMAZING. I loved being able to document these moments for Bailey and Joe. Rafe is the first baby to join their family, and I know there is something extra special about that first born!
