Baby Sloan {Logan Regional Hospital Birth Photographer}

Guys! I am so excited about this session! I was so excited when Shauni said she wanted me to photograph the birth story of her last baby. Her and Shane decided to not find out the gender of the baby so it was a surprise for everyone when he arrived. Mom and Dad both were pretty sure it was going to be a boy though. 

I am so lucky to have had this be my first birth story ever. Shauni was so great at communicating to me about when she was going in, and when the doctor guessed she would be starting. It was perfect! I was there for 3 hours, and she pushed like what seemed like 3 times (I am a little jealous, it could of been more than that) and the Doctor said she didn't have to push anymore because he had the baby in his hands.  Mom and Dad knew it was a boy, and they were right. They already had a name picked out for him. Baby was born so fast and he immediately cried, then started sucking on his fingers. He weighed 7lbs 1 ounce and had some cute dark hair. 

I stuck around  to capture big brother and sister coming to visit. They were SOOOO excited. Big sister kept saying, "Thats my baby. I love you baby" It was the cutest thing ever!
